For the Ashford University Book Club - online contest, enter between January 1, 2018 on 12:00am and 11:59pm on December 31, 2018 by completing the online registration form on KyXy 96.5’s contest page.  Entrant must also insert the name of the book entrant read from the pre-selected books and why entrant liked it, the name of the elementary school entrant’s child attends, entrant’s child’s teacher’s name, and the class grade. Entries may be submitted from individual parents as well as teachers grades K-5 only. Answers will not be judged but are required to complete an entry.  Each month, one winner will be randomly selected, and upon verification, receive one (1) lunch provided by Wendy's of San Diego to the winner’s classroom and a $100 pre-paid Visa gift card, valued at approximately $200.00. The lunch portion of the prize will be awarded to the winner’s classroom. There is no minimum or maximum number of students allowed for the winner’s classroom. The Visa gift card will be awarded to the winner’s teacher listed in the online entry form. The lunch will be arranged between the Station, Wendy’s of San Diego, and the winner’s school for a mutually agreed upon date and time. The winner will have approximately one (1) month to book the lunch at the selected school. If the winner’s school or school district denies the lunch, then the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. If the prize is forfeited the classroom will not receive the lunch or the $100 pre-paid Visa gift card. The gift card should be treated like cash and can only be used in the United States. U.S. Bank will deduct from the balance an inactivity fee of $2.00 per month after 12 consecutive months of inactivity, except where prohibited by law. There is a $5.95 fee to replace a lost or stolen card. Card funds expire when the card plastic expires. Please see the expiration date on the front of the plastic.  Prizes are subject to change.
