Francis Bean Cobain has finally cut ex-husband Isaiah Silva out of her life - It only cost her, her dad's guitar.

The guitar, an acoustic 1959 Martin D-18E, is the same guitar that Kurt Cobain strummed during his now infamous "MTV Unplugged" set.

Silva (a sad Kurt Cobain look alike and lead singer of The Eeries) was Francis Bean's boyfriend for 5-years before they tied the knot in a low-key 2014 ceremony.

In the original divorce document, Silva was requesting $25,000 a month in spousal support from Francis Bean. Bean is purportedly worth $100 million. The couple did not have a prenup.

In the final divorce settlement, Silva will not receive spousal support, the house the couple bought together will go to Bean, and Silva will pay his own legal bills, but he gets the guitar.

Can't help wondering, WHO in good conscious would demand the guitar of someone's dead father?

We passed upon the stair We spoke of was and when Although I wasn't there He said I was his friend Witch came as a surprise I spoke into his eyes I thought you died alone A long long time ago Oh no, not me We never lost control You're face, to face With the man who sold the world I laughed and shook his hand And made my way back home I searched for form and land For years and years I roamed I gazed a gazeless stare We walked a million years I must have died alone A long, long time ago Who knows? Not me I never lost control You're face to face With the man who sold the world Who knows? Not me We never lost control You're face to face With the man who sold the world #themanwhosoldtheworld #KurtCobain #nirvana #DavidBowie
