Satellite Image Shows Crack Left from Massive California Earthquake

The 4th of July weekend came with two surprise earthquakes for us in San Diego! The second earthquake felt on Friday night, which came in at a  7.1 magnitude, was felt all over Southern California. It was one of the largest earthquakes in California in 20 years.

As a result of the earthquakes, a big crack opened up in the Earth. The fissure was so big that you could see it from space. Check out the satellite image below.
