I'm back with a new baby blog! Can you believe that my son, Bac, is almost 6 months old?!?! "The days are long, but the years are short." I couldn't agree more with that saying.

So how am I adjusting to being a new mom? I absolutely LOVE it, but there are definitely hard moments that were really tough on me that I detailed in our "Real Wives in Radio" Podcast. Bac has grown so much.

Every day he's learning/doing something new and it amazes me to see him grow. He's eating baby food right now and loves broccoli, peas, and sweet potatoes. Bac is also wanting to get mobile. When Bac sees something he wants, he spins around on his tummy to get to it, and if it's still too far away, he'll start rolling towards it. It's the funniest and cutest thing ever!

Being a mom has definitely made me more emotional. I NEVER used to cry, but now I'll cry at the drop of a hat. I cried when I heard him laugh for the first time!

Baby Bắc is starting to laugh!! ❤️❤️❤️ I for real cried while he was laughing because this was the cutest thing I’ve ever seen & heard. My heart was exploding inside and the only way for that to come out was through tears ---- Why didn’t anyone tell me that being a mom would do this to you?! I’m a big ol’ softie now lol

And I swear he said, "Mama" for the first time, too!

Holy $h!t did he just say, “mama”?! He did it 3x tonight! I swear he said it so clear the first time (this video is the second time) I can’t believe he’s doing this at 5 months old❤️❤️❤️ I love this little guy soooooo much!! P.S. Steven’s reaction is priceless -- #babybac #babiesofinstagram #babytalk

Anyways, motherhood is a new thing for me and I've found some products/baby gear that have really helped, so I wanted to share them with you! (BTW, this is not a paid endorsement).

My favorite thing I've bought this month is the Ingelsina Fast Table Chair

This has been so clutch for Steven and I. One of my friends got this for her one year old, and after I saw her use it, I had to get it. The Ingelsina Fast Table Chair is easy to use, light, and you can attach it to practically any table or countertop. It's perfect to take with you to a restaurant. Bac isn't quite big enough to sit up comfortably in the high chairs they have at the restaurants, so this has been a great alternative. It also came in handy when Bac came in to work with me for two days. I put this chair next to me on the counter and Bac was just hanging out as I worked.

The tray is sold separately and the chair itself retails for $69.99 on BuyBuyBaby, but with the 20% off coupon I got it for $55. FYI: You might be able to find it cheaper on OfferUp or Craigslist, so make sure you check those sites first if you're trying to save money.

My second favorite product I got this month is the Grapple

Since I knew I would be bringing Bac into work, I wanted to make sure he'd have his toys and teethers to keep him occupied. Kids LOVE to drop toys off their high chair and strollers, and this Grapple is a good solution to that. It comes with 3 tethers that you can attach to your baby's favorite toys. The tethers can also be wrapped up nicely inside the Grapple when you're not using it. I found the suction to work well on most surfaces. For example, it works well on the Ingelsina Fast Table Tray, but not on my Stokke high chair tray at home. The only other critique I have of the Grapple is that I wish the tethers were a liiiiitle bit longer.

These two products have really helped me out this month, and hopefully they can help you too :)
