That’s right! If you LOVE chocolate, get ready for a new flavor and color of chocolate!

The Swiss chocolatiers at Barry Callebaut revealed a red chocolate – ruby chocolate, they call it – to join the ranks of milk, white, and dark.

The color is a natural bi-product of the ruby cocoa bean, which the chocolate is made from. It’s pink, but forget all that berry business, there is not berry flavor or berry color added.
